Description
This is a tipical fountain of Rome, called "Nasone" that means "big nose", some of them are there from late 1800 and I think nobody could tell better than them the passing of time as their water always flows... I had this picture in my mind while walking through busy ways in the city and seeing how a few decades changed so many things, and people too....
The wall behind represents a sort of timeline, from left to right... Nasone's not so happy about what seeing now...

Oh my~ he has an Extremely Lovable Face~ he looks to be in need of a Hug... there are happy, wonderful things surrounding him... along with the sad and dirty... looks like the right side has gotten to him... but there is a hopeful breeze coming from the left, which may bring him joy again.... ? SUPER Brilliant Art again Ale!!

thank you so much for your wonderful words :) this imagine came to my mind looking around me, and seeing many things changing in time. This kind of fountain are in Rome from the end of 1800, and I thought... who better than them could tell the story of what happened around during so many years? :)
